Various opportunities for activities such as nordic walking, aqua gymnastics, golf, hiking and a fitness area with modern equipment and gymnastics room with yoga platform in the garden, mindfulness exercises in nature such as forest bathing, yoga or qigong. These activities help release blocked energy, ease stress, and boost mental strength.
The mindfulness practices also include forest bathing, combined with selected treatments and natural remedies from Mariánské Lázne. Relaxing mineral spa baths, green clay packs with kaolin face masks, and holistic massages reduce both physical and mental tension, enhancing the effects of Shinrin Yoku, the art of forest bathing.
The fitness room with daylight, is equipped with Precor® Functional Training System, multipurpose cross-trainer, elliptical fitness cross-trainer, stationary bikes, benches, weight plates and dumbbells.
