Counting more than 9,000 people and has a mission to collocate patients at the center of an integrated network of cutting-edge healthcare facilities, making it the largest Italian healthcare provider in terms of geographic reach. In the years that followed, GVM Care & Research acquired other facilities and founded firms in fields ancillary to its healthcare operation, including medical-scientific research and education, wellness and spa treatment, the biomedical sector, gastronomy, and corporate services. In 2007, by making large investments in the social services industry and a number of acquisitions, the Company started expanding its operations outside Italy’s boundaries.
